Why this matters

Finnish industrial sites — refineries, chemical, pulp & paper — gate site access on the Työturvallisuuskortti (Occupational Safety Card). Crews without valid cards do not pass the gate, even if everything else is in order. We hold this as standing competence, refreshed before card expiry.
