We’ve extended posting and compliance capability to Germany and Belgium — bringing the active jurisdiction list to five countries: Sweden, Finland, France, Germany, Belgium.

Both new additions are mobilization-ready rather than active project sites yet — we hold the full posting stack as standing capability before the first crew crosses the border:

  • Germany — A1 / S1, SOKA-BAU registration capability, Mindestlohn alignment, Zoll / GMLG Meldepflicht filing, BG BAU / BGHM membership per scope. Targeting chemical parks (BASF, Covestro, INEOS, Evonik) and refineries (MiRO, PCK).
  • Belgium — Limosa L-1 declarations, Checkinatwork registration capability, Construbadge under PC 124, VCA at company and personnel level. Targeting Antwerp-cluster sites (BASF Antwerpen, Covestro, INEOS, Borealis).

Existing track record continues in Sweden (St1, Stegra, Arctic Paper — delivered via WP Welding AB), Finland (NEURYON, RECION OY), and France (S.M.I Lorraine).

Country compliance details now live under /countries/ with a page per jurisdiction describing the posting stack, required documents, and applicable CBA / sectoral agreement.

If you’re a German or Belgian main contractor or EPC needing certified Polish welding crews — get in touch.
